Peacefully, with her family by her side, on Sunday, February 4, 2024, one week after her beloved husband’s passing, in her ninetieth year. Wife of the late Gerson Adelman for sixty-seven years. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Terri and Peter Klein, Wendy Adelman and Raoul Haimson. Cherished grandma of Adam and David, Jonathan and Abtin. Treasured sister and sister-in-law of Toby and Ted Nathanson, and sister-in-law of Donna and the late Hy Adelman and the late Gloria Adelman, the late Ann and the late Abe Sadler, the late Mary and the late Bernard Zackon and the late Sam Caplan, the late Gertrude and the late Archie Silverman. Rose will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Heartfelt gratitude to Rose’s nephew, Dr. Harold Zackon for always being there for her and for his constant care and support. Special thanks to Bebie for her exceptional loving care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, February 6 at 10:00 a.m. Burial at Congregation Shaar Hashomayim Cemetery, 1250 ch de la Forêt, Outremont. Shiva at 5902 Brandeis Ave., C.S.L., from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. daily through Thursday evening.
