CADLOFF, Joseph. On Wednesday, September 21, 2000. Beloved husband of Sybil Lapin. Devoted father and father-in-law of Kevin and Miriam of Winnipeg, Robert and Maura. Cherished grandfather of Joshua, Emily and Sarah. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Sydney and Bess, Harold and Mildred, Stanley and Judy, the late Bill and the late Pearl and brother-in-law of Claire Lapin.
