GOODMAN, Reuben
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Reuben on Wednesday, September 11, 2013, at the age of ninety-five. Beloved husband of Peggy (Verna Robinson) for sixty-two years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Tobi Goodman and Luc Bilodeau. Cherished Zaide of Marisa Wener (Scott MacIver) and Joshua Wener. Proud great-grandfather of Archer. Predeceased by his siblings and their spouses, David and Mary, Harry and Rose, Bernie, and Harvey Goodman, Gertrude and Irving Obrand. Rube will be sadly missed by sisters-in-law, Mary and Tamar, his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Our sincere gratitude to the 3rd floor staff at Mount Sinai Hospital. The care Reuben received was truly extraordinary. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, September 12 at 1 p.m. Shiva at his home. Due to the advent Yom Kippur, shiva ends Friday afternoon. Burial at the Field of Honour Cemetery, Pointe-Claire.
