SHADOWITZ, Norman (Nissel)
Peacefully, after a short illness on Sunday, August 24, 2014, at the age of eighty-two. Only son of the late Betty Segall and the late Max Shadowitz. He will be very sadly missed by his soul mate, best friend and partner of almost fifty-seven years, Diana Gail Steinberg, and by the joys of his life, his children, Mitchell and Beth, Steven and Earl, Robert z"l and Andree. He will be lovingly remembered by his beloved grandchildren, Corey, Jenna, Jonathan, Anthony and Lee, his nephews and nieces, cousins and friends. Many thanks to the doctors and nurses on the 15th floor at the Montreal General Hospital who cared well for him, and to his kind and respectful caregivers, Yuri and Frank. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Tuesday, August 26 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Shaare Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at his son's home, 3015 Picquet Rd, from 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily. Contributions in his memory may be made to the "Dr. Robert L.
