STEINBERG, Gertrude (nee Dover) Peacefully, on Thursday, March 26, 2009. Wife of the late Jack Steinberg. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Sharon, David and Ruth, Leesa, the late Marsha, the late Gary. Cherished Bubby of Lesley Berkowitz and Peter Barnes, David Berkowitz and Kirsten Pendreigh, the late Stephen Berkowitz; Stephanie Steinberg and Jason Lichtenthal, Daniel and Micheline Steinberg. Step-grandmother of Jennifer Elias. Loving great-grandmother of Olivia and Max Berkowitz; Jonah and Jordana Lichtenthal; Benjamin Steinberg. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Ruth and Harry Levine, the late Harry and the late Pearl Dover, the late Sarah Dover, the late Conn and the late Irene Dover, the late Rae Goodman and the late Felix Marin, the late Minnie and the late Saul Cohen, and sister-in-law of Sybil Plotnick and the late Max Steinberg, Clara and the late Morris Steinberg, the late Sam and the late Helen Steinberg, the late Nathan and the late Annie Steinberg, the late Lily and the late Hy Rafman. Special aunt of Sandra Kaplan. Sadly mourned by her nieces and nephews.
