RUBIN, Lionel J.
Peacefully on Wednesday, April 6, 2016. Devoted and loving husband of Bobbie Taub for 62 years. Loving father and father-in-law of Ronna and Philip Smith, Gayle Rubin, Michael Rubin and Betina Shadowitz. Cherished Papa of Jill, and Hailey Smith, Annie, and Jonathan Werbitt, and Erin Rose Rubin. Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Elsa and the late Nathan Epstein and the late Abe Singer, and brother-in-law of the late Martin Taub and the late Faith Stein Taub. He will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family, and friends. A special thank you to the nurses and staff on the 3rd floor at Maimonides for their compassion and exceptional care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Friday, April 8 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Shaare Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
