BERENBAUM, Shirley (nee Brainin)
Peacefully at home surrounded by her family, on Monday, October 13, 2014 in her ninety-fifth year. Beloved wife of the late George. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Stephen Berenbaum, Linda and the late Simon Schwartz, Joanie and Allan Reichson. Cherished "Gramma" of Jamie and Wendy Berenbaum, Aron and Hillary Schwartz, Jeremy and Amanda Schwartz, Jordy and Joy Reichson, Todd and Sophie Reichson, Elyse Berenbaum, and Richard Berenbaum. Adored "GG" of Kaitlyn, Jack, Gavin, Simon, Gray, Gabriel, Zoey, Gabrielle, Zachary, Dylan and Ariane. Predeceased by her sisters Sybil Kramer, Evelyn Wiseman; and by all of George's siblings. Shirley will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Very special thanks to Shirley's most devoted caregivers Leslie, Anita, Agnes, Ann-Marie, Brenda and Michelle. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, October 15 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Shaare Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
