RICHER, Dorothy (nee Maklan). Peacefully at home on Friday, September 15, 2006 after a brief illness. Beloved wife of the late Isadore. Devoted mother of Howard and the late Donald Richer. Cherished grandmother of Renee Richer and Rick Moore, Daisy Richer and Fred Luber, Barry, Ilana, Michelle and the late Shelly Richer. Adored great-grandmother of Dovid, Lily, Tehila and Ben. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Irving and Sheila Maklan. Sister-in-law of Edythe and the late Jack Sacks, the late Min and the late Abel Feldman, the late Sayde and the late Sol Moskovitch, the late Nat and the late Joe Wener. Dorothy will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Pelletier, Dr. Lavoie, and Dr. Trister and the CLSC nurses. Our heartfelt gratitude to Maricar and Geraldine for their kindness and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Monday September 18, 2006 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Shaare Zion Congregation Cemetery Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at 4350 Sherbrooke St. West #515. Due to the advent of Rosh Hashana, shiva ends Friday afternoon.
