FREEMAN, Lillian (nee Gold). At Hillel Lodge, Ottawa, on Thursday evening, April 7 at the age of ninety-one. Lillian was born in Glace Bay, N.S. to Morris and Sarah Gold, and lived most of her adult life in Montreal. She was the beloved wife of the late Harold V. Freeman, loving mother of Martin (Joanne Burgess) and Alan (Susan Cote), and devoted grandmother to Daniel, Benjamin, Samuel and Sara. She is survived by her dear sisters Ida (late Sam Rivo), Connie (late Eli Davis) and Miriam (Leonard Goldberg) as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters Rose, Jennie (late Arthur Brown), Fannie (late Simon Dworkin), Gertrude (late Ted Bond), Sophie (late Dave Land), and her brother Roy (Babs Bernstein). Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, Montreal on Sunday, April 10 at 1:45 p.m. Burial at the Congregation Shaare Zion section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
