JACOBSON, Gertrude (nee Gittel) Peacefully in her ninety-seventh year, on Saturday, February 4, 2012. Wife of the late Stanley A. Jacobson. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Larry and Jana, Stephen and Sheila, Esther and Robert Libman, Devora and the late Irving Jacobson. Cherished Savta of Sandy Jacobson, Daniel Jacobson; Chana and Nachum Shore, Avi Libman, Devorah and Michael Kurin, Miriam Libman; Noam Jacobson. Proud Savta Rabba of Menachem, Yitzchak and Michal Shore; Hadassa Leah Kurin. Dear sister of Fruma Stolar and the late Yankel Lewin. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents and siblings who perished in the Holocaust. Heartfelt thanks to Pamela Snider for her exceptional care and devotion. Funeral service took place from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, February 5. Shiva at her daughter's home in Toronto.
