MONDRZEJEWSKI, Szmul (Sam Mond) Peacefully, with great courage, on Wednesday, November 25, 2009. Beloved husband of the late Basia (Bessie) Landsman. Much loved father of Harry, Michael, and Rona Rashkovan. Dear father-in-law of Vivien Gold, May Tan, and Phil Rashkovan. Loving grandfather of Lorne and Marissa Rashkovan. Devoted brother and brother-in-law of Sara Gelhorn, Libel Mondrzejewski, and predeceased by his other siblings. The care and devotion given to Sam by his daughter-in-law Vivien cannot go unmentioned. Special thanks to Dr. Sirois, Dr. Shannon and the 15th and 16th floor staff at the Montreal General Hospital for their exceptional care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, November 26 at 11 a.m. Burial at the Beth Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
