FLANDERS, Arthur L. Peacefully surrounded by his loving family after a difficult illness on Wednesday, October 24, 2007. Loving husband of Lila Simon for fifty-eight years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Ellen Flanders and Mel Ackerman, Rhonda White and Ron Shewchuk. Cherished Grandpa of Kayli and Emily. Predeceased by his siblings Hensie, Ruby, Sidney, Gertie, Milli, Shirley and his brother-in-law Larry Simon. Dear brother-in-law of Agnes Simon. He will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the kind and devoted staff of the Jewish General Hospital, especially 2 NE. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Friday, October 26 at 11 a.m. Burial at the Beth Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
