CHAWKIN, Myer (Mickey). Surrounded by his family, in Boca Raton, Florida, on Tuesday, May 22, 2007, in his ninetieth year. Beloved husband of the late Betty Shragie. Devoted father and father-in-law of Kenny, Renee and Laurie Sluser, Arlene and Harris Kaplan. Loving Zaida of Nathaniel and Shara Chawkin; Zac Sluser; Lauren Kaplan. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Tibby and the late Solly Teblum, Moishe and the late Phyllis Chawkin. Cherished companion of Ethel Jasper. Mickey will be lovingly remembered by Toba Pearl, his nieces, nephews, family, friends and golfing buddies.
