BERGER, Sol. Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, on Saturday, November 11th, 2006. Beloved husband of Marilyn Lapedis. Devoted father and father-in-law of Kenneth (Susan Eckler), Leesa, Stuart and Carolyn Berger. Cherished Grandpa Sol of Maya, Eytan, Shyla and Yael Berger; Ilan, Jeremy, Ariel and Laura Elgressy; Max and Sarah Berger. Dear brother of Minnie Berger and the late Bennie Berger. Brother-in-law of the late Dorothy and the late Harry Gillman, Bernice and the late Dr. Myer Lapedis. Sol will be sadly missed by Dalia Berger, Benjamin Elgressy, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family would like to thank the wonderful, caring staff of 4 North at Maimonides Hospital, especially Jet, Lloyd and Muriel. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Monday, November 13th at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Beth Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
