CAPLAN, Jerry
Peacefully at home on Monday, July 15, 2013. Beloved husband and best friend of Sandra for fifty-nine years. Loving father and father-in-law of Michael and Wendy, Ronnie, Cathy and Henry Winterstern. Cherished and adored Zaida of Jay, Jamie, Jonah, Jessica, Ryan, Adam, Melanie, and Richard. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Diane and Hy Granofsky, Hershy and Marilyn Caplan, Vella and the late Asher Ben-Shalom, Doreen Caplan Tanzer, the late Miriam and the late Morris Palmer, and the late Danny Caplan. Jerry will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family, and all those whose lives he touched. The family would like to thank Dr. Leslie Newman, Sally, and all his wonderful doctors for their years of devotion and compassionate care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, July 17 at 12:00 p.m. Burial at the Beth Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at 29 Holly Road, Hampstead, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. daily.
