Peacefully on Monday, February 22, 2016, in her 103rd year. Beloved wife of the late Samuel. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Carol Senzilet and Norman Fink, Michael and Linda Senzilet, and Avagail and Aaron Borsuk. Cherished Bubby Sunny of Ellen and Ronn, Robin and Jeff, Ronnie and Lauren, Allan and Robyn. Proud great-grandmother of Shelby, Elizabeth, Cole, Hayden and Charlotte. Predeceased by her siblings and their spouses Jack and Florence, Max and Tess, Faye and Seymour, Nat and Bleema, Ben and Freida, and close cousin Rosie and Abe; sister-in-law of the late Lily and the late Bernard, the late Annie and the late Mac, the late Sarah and the late Louis and the late Karl, the late Bea and the late John. Sunny will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Special thanks to her wonderful caregivers Ophelia, Jane, and Vic. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W. on Thursday, February 25 at 11 a.m. Burial at the King Edward Benefit Association Section, Back River Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Berri St. The family will be receiving visitors following burial at Sunny's residence, with shiva continuing at her daughter Avagail's home, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily.
