FELGAR, Issie. Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, March 16, 2000. Beloved husband of sixty-four years of Molly Rosen. Devoted father and father-in-law of Faigie and Harold Borden, Chuck Felgar, Arthur and Yvonne Felgar, Barbara and Brad White. Cherished grandfather of Clifford and Karen Borden, Bruce and Michelle Borden, Joanne and Sam Landsman; Robert and Julie Felgar, Marc Felgar; Matthew, Joshua and Jonathan White. Loving great-grandfather of Mathew and Kimberley Borden; Joshua Borden; Michael and Alex Landsman. Brother of the late Jenny Hoppenheim and the late Nate Felgar. Special uncle of Mel Hoppenheim. Sadly mourned by his many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Sincere thanks to the wonderful staff of the CLSC Rene Cassin.
