SHAFFER, Annie (nee Simack). Peacefully after a courageous battle on Monday, September 2, 2002. Beloved wife of the late Phillip. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Frima and Jason Ruby, Blossom, Beverly, Josie and Alain Rook of Philadelphia. Cherished Bubby of Douglas and Tamara, Arthur, Brian, Ashley, Katie, Pamela. Proud great-grandmother of Abigail and Ariella. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. The family would like to thank her caregivers Shirley, Dina, Valentina, Sophia and Joseph for their care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Wednesday, September 4 at 1:45 p.m. Burial at the Ahdath Jeshurun, Hadras Kodesh Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private.
