It is with enormous sadness that we announce the death of Odette Amar (née Betito) on Friday September 23, 2022 in the afternoon, after a courageous fight against devastating cancer. Daughter of the late Armand Betito and the late Jamila Betito (née Ohayon), she leaves to mourn her husband, David Amar and her children and her husbands, Philippe and Kim, Caroline and Frédérique, her brothers and sisters, Victor Betito, Georges Betito , Raphy Betito, Sylvia Zagury (née Betito) and Nicole Azoulay (née Betito), her grandchildren, Anthony, Alexandra, Aurélie, Adam, Alison, Alicia, Jonathan, Michael, Raphaël, Laurent, Joshua, Victoria and Émilie, as well as her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Gilberte Amar, Patricia Amar, Denise Betito, Mercedes Betito, Dolly Betito, Esther Betito, Max Sebbag, Charlie Azoulay and Salomon Zagury. Odette will be greatly missed by her family, her friends and her nieces and nephews who always considered her the pillar of the Betito Family, the one who gave love to everyone and who made the world around her shine through his kindness and his bright smile. The family would like to thank Murielle Zagury and Nathalie Julien for their dedication. The funeral service will take place on Sunday, September 25 at 2:15 p.m. at: Paperman & fils, 3888, rue Jean-Talon O. The burial will take place at the Baron de Hirsch cemetery, located at 5015, rue de la Savane. |
