POZNAK, Hirsch Peacefully at the Jewish General Hospital, after a brief illness, on Monday, May 12, 2014 at the age of seventy-four. Dear brother of Dr. Gerald Poznak. Beloved son of the late Claire and the late Joseph Poznak. Special thanks to Dr. Janice Cohen for her compassionate care. Graveside service on Tuesday, May 13 at 10:00 a.m. at the Baron de Hirsch Cemetery, de la Savane (main gate, behind administration building). Respecting his wishes, no shiva will be held.
