GORDON, Irwin (Icchok) Suddenly, on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, just days before his eighty-third birthday. Loving and devoted husband of Rosita Jancovici for over sixty years. Caring father and father-in-law of Joanne and Dennis Hurvitz, Sharon Gordon and Jeff Silver. Beloved and adored son-in-law of Gina and the late Herman Jancovici. Brother of the late Tzvi (Hertzl), and predeceased by his other siblings who perished in the Holocaust. He was an incredible and compassionate individual who always ran or went the extra mile for others, and he will be sadly missed by his nieces, cousins, family and friends. Special thanks to Janine Floret, Tania Kharlamova, and Ivorine Ramessar for their exceptional and compassionate care, and for helping him walk every day. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, May 15 at 11 a.m. Burial at the Baron de Hirsch Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at his home, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily through Tuesday evening.
