JOFFRE, Celia (nee Belchikoff) On Monday, August 18, 2014 at the age of ninety-nine. Devoted wife of the late Sam. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Steven and Elaine, Lawrence and Gloria. Cherished grandmother of Michael and Sherri, Matthew and Leanne, Robert and Juliana, and Drew. Dearest great-grandmother of Anthony, Olivia, Zachary, Madison, Ryan, Logan, Nichole, and Benjamin. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Lillian and the late Eric Rosenberger, Ruth and the late Dave Joffre, Jack and the late Minnie Greenblatt; predeceased by Nathan and Sarah Belchikoff, Boris Belchikoff, Harry Belchikoff, Sam Belchikoff, Fannie and Harry Bard, Moe Belchikoff, Morris and Tilly Downer, and Nathan and Sylvia Joffre. Special thanks to her caregivers Janet, Neida, and Ingrid. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. West on Wednesday, August 20 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Chaverim Kol Israel Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
