CHMIELARZ (LASH), Emanuel. Peacefully, on Sunday, April 17, 2005. Beloved husband of Chaja (Ray). Devoted father and father-in-law of Eleanor (Ella) and David Stoch of Mississauga, Ontario, Bernie and Franceen. Cherished Zaide of Marni Stoch and Mark Botnick, Ilana Stoch and Jeff Smith, Shari Stoch and Rick Duchalsky, Samuel, and Steven Chmielash. Adored great-grandfather of Sonja, Riana and Talia. Dear brother of Noah Chmielash and predeceased by his other brother, sisters and parents who perished in the Holocaust. The family would like to thank all the staff at the Jewish Eldercare Centre. Special thanks to Natasha, his wonderful caregiver, for her care, kindness and devotion. Funeral Service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Monday, April 18 at 12:00 p.m. Burial at the Victoria Hebrew Cemetery, De La Savane. Shiva private.
