SLEZAK, Rudolf. Peacefully on Saturday, July 12, 2003. Beloved husband of Gerta Sarf. Loving father and father-in-law of Daniela and Andre Skalina, Peter and Linda Slezak. Cherished "Dedo" of Nicole, Karin, Amanda, Kevin. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Vera and Isaac Weissman. Special uncle to David Weissman, and Stephen and Sara Weissman. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff of 6 North West of the Jewish General Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion.
