LEWKOWICZ, Chaim. On Wednesday, April 21, 2004 Beloved husband of Briendel. Devoted father and father-in-law of Phillip, and David and Charlotte Lewis. Cherished Zaidie of Michael, Ryan, Jason, Jessica and Adam Lewis. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters who perished in the Holocaust. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Friday, April 23 at 2:30 p.m. Burial at the Beth Israel and Samuel Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva to be announced.
