VERNER, Joanne Suddenly, on Friday, December 9, 2011, at the age of sixty-nine, surrounded by her children. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Mark and Anne Lobel, Jodi Lobel and Steven Ojalvo, Douglas and Eva Lobel. Proud and adored Grandma of Joshua, Amanda, Ben, and Clark. Dearest sister of Rhona Verner. Joanne will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family, many dear friends and colleagues. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, December 11 at 11 a.m. Burial at the Spanish & Portuguese Congregation Cemetery, 1250 Ch. de la Forêt. Shiva at 16 Garland Rd., D.D.O., from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., through Thursday evening, December 15.
