GODLEVSKY, Samuel On Friday, June 22, 2018. Beloved husband of Ethel Rosenberg. Cherished father of Barbara Smith. Loving grandfather of Adrienne Smith and Martin Demers, Emily Smith, Rebecca Smith and Sean Healey. Proud great-grandfather of Jane and Lucy Demers. Dear brother-in-law of Adele and the late Gerald Danovitch, the late Abraham Rosenberg, the late Shirley Rosenberg, the late Sylvia and the late Dave Mills. Uncle of Susan Danovitch, Audrey Rasmussen, Carmen Mills and Bennett Mills. Special thanks to Nicole Souaid and the staff of the CLSC Rene-Cassin and the Mount Sinai Hospital Palliative Care team. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Sunday, June 24 at 12:00 p.m. Burial at the Memorial Park Section, Baron de Hirsch Cemetery, de la Savane.
