AVRITH, Herbert On Thursday, January 9, 2014 at the age of 90. Beloved Husband of the late Roslyn Sandler. Devoted Father and Father-in-Law of Steven and Sandra Avrith. Treasured Grandpa of Livia and Warren Suissa, Tanya and Ronny Varga. Loving Great-Grandfather of Yael, Myla, Gabriel, and Zachary. Dearest Brother of Illeana Avrith Silverman, and predeceased by his other siblings Phillip, Ernest, Mary, Molly, Freda, Betty, Beatrice, and Hilda. Brother-in-Law of Harriet and the late Philip Sturtz, the late Hy and the late Adele Rocklin. He will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to his caregivers Jeanie and Ella, and the staff of the King David Residence and of Sunrise Residence. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, January 12 at 10:00 a.m. Burial at the Memorial Park Cemetery, de la Savane.
