KNOBOVITCH, Simon With much dignity, after a courageous battle, on Tuesday, September 7, 2010. Beloved husband of Susan Mitges. Loving and devoted father of Chelsea, Daniel and Ryan. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Harry, Marc and Lisa, and Sandy, and brother-in-law of Marc Mitges, Lynn and Gordon McIntyre. Special stepfather of Christopher, Stephan and Mathieu. Cherished son of the late Gerry and the late Hy. Dear son-in-law of John and Lydia Mitges. Loving nephew of Shirley and Nate Wagner. Simon will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, especially by his lifelong best friend, Patti Dorfman. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, September 12 at 9:45 a.m. Burial at New Memorial Cemetery, de la Savane.
