INDIG, Sarah (nee Sternlicht). Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, May 20, 2010. Beloved wife and best friend of James for fifty-three years. Most adored and treasured mother and mother-in-law of Roslyn and Stan Wiseblatt, Karen and Lawrence Cukierman. Cherished Bubby of Melanie Wiseblatt and Lorne Wiseblatt. Dear sister of Louis Sternlicht, and sister-in-law of Betty Hoch, and the late Josef Indig. Dearest cousin of Clare Lee, Saul and Jane Blum. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and all of those whose lives she touched. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Janice Cohen and the staff of 4 West at the Jewish General Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion. Special thanks to her dear caregivers, Lana and Christina for their love and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, May 23 at 3:15 p.m. Burial at the Memorial Park Cemetery, de la Savane.
