DWIRE, Marc Alexander On Saturday, March 29, 2014, in his ninety-sixth year. Beloved husband of Dianna Rudin for sixty-three years. Devoted father of Beverly and Susan. Much loved son of the late Pearl Gertman Dwire and the late Michael Dwire. Brother of the late Jack. Dear brother-in-law of Pearl and the late Alfred Rudin, Ruthie and the late Raymon Rudin. Born in Odessa, he came to Canada in 1926 with his parents and made Montreal his home. He proudly served his country in the Canadian Armed Forces during the Second World War. Besides his family, he was passionate about the sport of baseball and his teams, the Montreal Expos and the Boston Red Sox. The family wishes to express their thanks to Dennis, Lyn and Sunita who helped care for Marc in his final years. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, March 31 at 12:00 p.m. Burial at the New Memorial Park Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at Ruby Foo's Hotel, Monday only.
