CHARAD, Bill. It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Bill on Tuesday, July 9, 2002. Cherished brother and brother-in-law of Ralph and Elli, Ruth and Ben Epstein, Shirley and Henry Marcovitz, Pat and the late Issie Charad. Devoted friend of Helene Martin. He was blessed with adoring nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews to whom he explained the fine techniques in the paintings by the masters, the how-to of good photography, and the where and why of good fishing and responsible conservation. He served in the RCAF during the war. He taught art classes at the Cummings Jewish Center for Seniors, and was a good and helpful friend to many. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Thursday, July 11, 2002 at 12:15 p.m. Burial at the King George Cemetery, De La Savane. Shiva private. Donations can be made in his memory to the charity of your choice. |
