DESKIN, Murray Irving Peacefully, on Wednesday, January 27, 2016. Beloved husband of Betty. Devoted father and father-in-law of Harry and Anna Maria Deskin, Jeffrey and Robin Deskin. Cherished Grandpa-Grumps of Michelle and Fernando, Daryl and Stephanie, Heidi, Jordan and Erin, and Randi. Proud great-grandfather of Matthew, Liam, Maya, Siena, Keira, and Amelia. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Delara and the late Gerald, the late Leon and the late Tillie, the late Bill and the late Beth Deskin; brother-in-law of the late Sheila and the late Jack Stern. Murray will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to the staff of St. Anne Hospital 14th floor for their care, kindness and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W. on Sunday, January 31 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the King George Benefit Association Cemetery, de la Savane.
