NELSON, Sidney. In his eightieth year, after a courageous battle, on Friday, November 28, 2008. Beloved husband of the late Claire Nelson. Devoted father and father-in-law of Robert and Helene. Cherished Zaida of Samantha, Kenny and Dylan. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Sally and Marvin Schulman, the late Sylvia and late Harry Pokrass and brother-in-law of Bookie and the late Bert Rosen, Mark Shinder and Pola Kirshner, and the late Rosaline Shinder. Devoted companion of Marilyn Berman. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A special thanks to his caregivers for their extraordinary kindness, care and devotion. Funeral service took place from Paperman & Sons 3888 Jean Talon W on Sunday, November 30 at 2:30 p.m. Burial at the King George Memorial Park Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private.
