PTACK, Morton (Morty), F.C.A.
At home, surrounded by his loving family on Monday, November 14, 2016. Beloved husband of Aviva for fifty-five years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Lisa Ptack and Brian Prousky, Allan Ptack and Sharon Abish. Cherished Grandpa of Lauren and Jonah Prousky, Adam and Joshua Ptack. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Rhoda Frank, Cheryl and Michael Tritt, and Marsha and the late Irving Ptack. Morty will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Special thanks to Drs. Blake, Meagher, Rabinovitch, and Borod for their compassionate care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W. on Wednesday, November 16 at 12:00 noon. Burial at Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, Adath Israel Section, de la Savane. Shiva at his home from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. daily.
