GOSTFRAJND, Chaja (nee Flum) Peacefully, in her one hundredth year, on Wednesday, March 10, 2010. Loving wife of the late Hersz. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Maryla and Joseph Yunger, and David Gostfrand. Cherished Bubby of Rita and Richard Linder, Bernie and Reesa Yunger, Larry and Robbin Yunger, Howie and Stella Gostfrand, Maury and Amy Gostfrand, Lorne, Tess and Harrison Gostfrand. Blessed with thirteen great-grandchildren. Survived by her sisters, Sara Birenstock and Esther Fuks, and their families. Special thanks to Emi and the staff of 6 North at Maimonides for their exceptional care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, March 14 at 11 a.m. Burial at the Montreal Workers' Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her daughter's home.
