KISILEVSKY-PUTERMAN, Anya (nee Tannenbaum). Peacefully in her ninety-fifth year on Sunday, February 1, 2004. Beloved wife of the late Shulim Kisilevsky and the late Norman Puterman. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Esther and Harold Frank, Hershy and Helena Kisilevsky. Very cherished bubby of Marcie and Kevin, Jill and Larry, Adam, Sari, and Lauren. Adored great-grandmother of Emma, Violet, Alexander, and Abigail. Predeceased by her three brothers and three sisters. Dearly loved and sadly missed by her entire family. The family would like to thank her caregivers Mila and Mania and the 8th floor of the Jewish General Hospital for their kindness and compassion.
