OPPEN, Zelda (nee Kolomeir). On Thursday, March 24, 2005. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Marvin and Lynnie Oppen, Beverly Oppen, Sharon and Max Salzberg. Cherished grandmother of Brahm and Suzanne, Sean and fiancee Heather, Jonathan and Michelle, Heidi Oppen, Tiffany and Tara Goldberg, Joshua and Noah Salzberg. Great-grandmother of Jayme and Ryan. Daughter of the late Ida and the late Charles Kolomeir. Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Julius and the late Gita Kolomeir. She will be sadly missed by Moe Oppen, her nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Special thanks to Roslyn and Latoya, her wonderful caregivers, and the staff of 5S at Maimonides Hospital for their care, kindness and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Friday, March 25, at 2:30 p.m. Burial at Congregation Shomrim Laboker Cemetery, De La Savane. Shiva private.
