BURKE, Kate (nee Faigenblatt). In her ninety-third year, on Saturday, August 30, 2003. Beloved wife of the late William Burke and the late Percy Stern. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Lila and the late David Satok, Michael Stern, and Joyce and the late Julius Morein, Robert and Anna Burke, Isabel and Jacques Ohayon, Evelyn Cherry and Harvey Stoliar. Cherished grandmother of Paula Nazar, Mark and Naomi Satok, Maxie Satok, Jonathan and Maribel Satok, Perry, Sarah, David, and Mary Stern; Andy Morein, Steven and Lori Morein, Marcy and Dr. Ron Prussick, Lori and Michael Kleinman, Brian and Leslie Burke, Jonathan, Michel, and the late Lianne Ohayon, Elana and Leslie Siegman, Jamie, and Robbie Cherry. Great-grandmother of nineteen. Dear sister of Anne Cole. Predeceased by seven brothers and sisters. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
