CODAS, Ellie (nee Taran) With courage, strength and dignity, on Wednesday, September 3, 2014. Beloved wife of Doody. Loving and devoted mother and mother-in-law of Stephen and Robyn. Proud and cherished Bubby of Rebecca, and Benjamin. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Seymour Taran, Myrna and Mel Klein; and sister-in-law of Lenny and Paula Codas. She will be greatly missed by her cousins from the Taran family, her many close friends, and all who knew her. Special thanks to Dr. Susie Lau, Nancy Drummond, Anna, and all the doctors, nurses and staff of the Oncology Department at the Jewish General Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. West on Friday, September 5, at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Zichron Kedoshim Congregation Cemetery, Anshei Ukraina Section, de la Savane.
