LATKOWCER, Issie On Tuesday, February 11, 2014, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Paula. Cherished father and father-in-law of Ida and Ronnie Horwitz, Larry and Nancy Latkowcer, Murray and April Latkowcer. Special Zaidie of Adi, and Tal; Jonathan, and Jason; and Dana. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Toncia and the late Louis Blutstein, the late Frances Widman, Bella and the late Yanek Widman, the late Ella and the late Ralph Cohen. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched. Special thanks to the 5th floor staff of the Kastner Pavilion at the Jewish Eldercare Centre for their care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, February 13 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Zichron Kedoshim Congregation Cemetery, Anshei Ukraina Section, de la Savane.
