KRELENBAUM, Chava (nee Garnek)
On Sunday, August 25, 2013. Wife of the late David Krelenbaum. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Marilyn and Stewart Harris, and the late Freda. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Hinda and the late Isaac Lerner of Israel. Loving aunt of Roni Lerner, Miri and Adam Newman, Zvia Lerner, Pnina and Zvika Rosenschein. Chava will be sadly mourned by her family and many friends. An "ayshet chayil", survivor of the Holocaust whose tenacity and intelligence sustained her through years of chronic illness. The family would like to express their gratitude to her caregivers, Ana, Lorna, Esther, Cosette, Mercy and Ida. Special thanks to Drs. Tagalakis, Guilbault and Selcer for their compassionate and comprehensive care and for their sensitivity to the family's needs. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, August 27 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Farband Labour Zionist Organization Cemetery, de la Savane.
