HOFFMAN, Sonia (nee Ferdman) In her eighty-ninth year, on Thursday, September 3, 2009. Wife of the late Abraham (Adam) Hoffman. Beloved mother of Dr. Kitty Hoffman of Victoria, BC. Cherished Bubby of Ari and Lily Simon. Predeceased by her parents and siblings who perished in the Holocaust. Special thanks to the homecare staff of CLSC NDG and to the staff of 5 North and 5 Main at St. Mary's Hospital for their care and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, September 4 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Farband Labour Zionist Organization Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva to be announced.
