SCHARF, David Peacefully on Wednesday, January 4, 2012. Beloved husband of Chana Dynbort. Cherished father of Ruth (Avie) Dunsky, Sol Scharf (Nancy) and Goldie Eva Scharf. Treasured grandfather of Phillip (Allison) Dunsky and Jessica Scharf. Proud great-grandfather of Laila and Amiel Dunsky. A holocaust survivor, he was predeceased by his parents Hannah and Solomon Scharf and his brother Pinchas. Heartfelt thanks to his devoted caregivers, Elena, Lydia and Irina, and staff of the Waldorf Residence for their compassionate care. Funeral Service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, January 6, at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Farband Labour Zionist Organization Cemetery, de la Savane.
