SOHMER, Pauline (nee Wilchesky) Peacefully, in her eighty-seventh year, on Monday, June 24, 2013, in Montreal. Devoted wife of the late Anchel Sohmer. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Carol and Wayne Kerr, and Suzan Sohmer. Loving grandmother of Brendan and Fiona, Paul and Georgiana. Sister of the late Nachum (Chuck) and the late Itzic Wilchesky. Dear sister-in-law of Bronee, Marilyn and the late Evelyn Wilchesky, Edward and the late Freda Sohmer, the late Maurice and the late Ruth Sohmer, the late Abe and the late Lottie and the late Sadie Sohmer, the late Frances and the late Willie Reich. Sadly mourned by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Heartfelt appreciation to her niece Linda Sohmer Crosthwait and her caregiver Barbara Connors for their compassion and support. Special thanks to the staff of the Dialysis Unit at the Jewish General Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., Montreal, on Wednesday, June 26 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Farband Labour Zionst Organization Cemetery, de la Savane.
