LAZAR, Jack. On Friday, May 27, 2005. Husband of the late Pearl. Devoted father and father-in-law of Leo and Frances, Barbara and the late Ben Hoffman. Cherished grandfather of David, Jonathan and Irit, Allen, Robbie, Rosanne and Robert Byer, and great grandfather of Lila, Pearl, Jonah. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters. Dear brother-in-law of Joe and Annie Berman. Sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Family would like to thank Dr. Stephen Caplan of Haematology at the Jewish General Hospital, the C.L.S.C. Rene Cassin and the staff of the Mount Sinai Hospital Palliative Care Unit for their care and compassion, and Dr. Gordon Rubin. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons 3888 Jean Talon W on Sunday, May 29 at 11:30 a.m. Burial at the Farband Labor Zionist Organization Cemetery, De La Savane. Shiva private.
