Peacefully in Miami on January 7, 2001 in his ninety-fourth year. Beloved husband of Stella Wiseman. Loving father and father-in-law to Ruth Cunningham (Desmond), Mendy (Carol), and Gerry Mann (Claire). Devoted grandfather to Steven Aaron (Ayelet), Jonathan (Linda) and Ami Zack (Kelly), Joanna, and Jessica Radbord and an adoring great-grandfather. Survived by his sister Ray Cohen (Al) of Toronto and many nephews and nieces. Sam the bricklayer loved to sing and dance and both he and Stella continued to entertain at retirement residences until recently. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, on Wednesday, January 10, 2001 at 10 a.m. Burial at the Farband Labour Zionist Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private. |
