BLITT, Lucy (nee Mauer). On Wednesday, December 8, 2004. Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Rita Tenenbaum, and Ted and Rhona Blitt. Adored grandmother of Daniel and Yael, Raymond and Jennifer, Bobby and Marcy, and Jonathan. Loving great grandmother of Rose and Gabriella. Dear sister of the late Pearl Shuster, the late Betty Ellin, the late Osias Mauer; and the late Fancia and the late Dosia who perished in the Holocaust. She will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Friday, December 10 at 10 a.m. Burial at the Farband Labour Zionist Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her daughter's home.
