PFEFER, Dora (nee Grosbard). In her ninety-eighth year on Thursday, October 6, 2005. Beloved wife of the late Avrum. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Anita and Hy Krakow, Nick and Roslyn, the late Larry, and the late Shirley. Treasured Bubby of Andrea Zeitz (David Cooperstone), Darryl Zeitz (Florianne Stubina), Gary Wener (Deborah Melamed), Linda Pfefer (Chuck Rosensweig), Susan Pfefer, Donna Pfefer, Tara Salman, Ira Salman. Cherished great-Bubby of Benjamin, Zachary, Ryan, Samantha, Alanna, Nathan, Matthew, and Lauren. Predeceased by her brothers and sister. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Sunday, October 9 at 11:30 a.m. Burial at the Farband Labour Zionist Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at the Steger Residence, 2450 Thimens Blvd., 7th Floor Lounge, Ville St. Laurent, daily from 2 to 9 p.m. Due to the advent of Yom Kippur, shiva ends Tuesday evening.
