MENDELSOHN, Sylvia (nee Grosser). Suddenly on Saturday, May 18, 2002 at the age of eighty-three years. Beloved wife of Ben (Bernard) of sixty-one years. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Lorna and George Goldstein of Boca Raton, Fla., Marion and Howard of Cypress, Texas, and Joseph of Hypoluxo, Fla. Loving grandmother of Barbi and Warren Goldstein of New York, N.Y., Robyn and Jeffrey Goldstein of Atlanta, Ga., Danny of Atlanta, Ga., and Josh of Cambridge, Vt. Adoring great-grandmother of Jordan and newborn Haley Goldstein of Atlanta, Ga. Daughter of the late Annie and the late Sam Grosser. Caring sister of Al (Abe) and the late Esther Grosser, Mary and the late Ben Grosser and predeceased by sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Eva and Julius Lowitz, Claire and Sam Kantor and Harry Mendelsohn. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews and all those whose lives she touched. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Tuesday, May 21 at 10 a.m. Burial at the Nusach Hoari Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 7431 Kingsley Road, Apt. #1007.
